What is Chinese Acupuncture?

Acupuncture originates from China and has been practiced for thousands of years. By means of  needing, acupuncture can stimulate the body and active the regulating function of the body to improve and rectify the disturbance and dysfunction of the body in certain condition, restore the health and wellbeing. Many studies have demonstrated that Chinese acupuncture can cause multiple biological responses. They can occur locally at, close to the site of application or at a distance. These responses are mediated mainly by sensory neurons to many structures within the central nervous system. This can lead to activation of pathways affecting various physiological systems in the brain as well as in the periphery. Alteration in the secretion of neurotransmitters and neurohormones ,as well as changes in he regulation of blood flow, both centrally and peripherally, have been documented .There is also evidence that there are alteration in immune functions produced by Chinese acupuncture.
